Remember, bikes reserved at BIKEWORKS BEACH AND SPORTS must be picked up and returned at our BIKEWORKS BEACH AND SPORTS location at the Queen’s Marketplace in Waikoloa Beach Resort, unless scheduled ahead with our staff.

Bikeworks Mauka – No pickup or return on Sunday or Monday (Optional pickup at Bikeworks Beach and Sports Waikoloa on those days, call ahead to arrange)
Failure to return the bike on the agreed upon return date will result in additional fees at the non-discounted daily rate.
Non race/holiday week rentals have a 48 hour rental cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled rental appointment or fail to pick up your rental, you will be charged for a minimum of one days rental. Reservation changes made within 48hrs of pick up or drop off will be subject to applicable charges.
Race week rentals (Lavaman, Ironman 70.3, and Ironman World Championship; see below for exact dates) have a 2 week cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation less than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled rental appointment or fail to pick up your rental, you will be charged for a minimum of 7 days rental. Rentals booked for more than 7 days cannot be shortened after deposit is received.
2025 IRONMAN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS is in Kona on Saturday October 11, 2025. Rentals have a 7 Day minimum when reservation falls between 10/4/25 and 10/12/25. Rentals made for less than 7 days will be rate adjusted to a 7 day minimum charge during these dates. Race week reservations booked for more than 7 days cannot be shortened.
2026 LAVAMAN Waikoloa is on Sunday March 29, 2026. Rentals have a 7 Day minimum when reservation falls between 3/26/26 and 4/1/26. Rentals made for less than 7 days will be rate adjusted to a 7 day minimum charge during these dates. Race week reservations booked for more than 7 days cannot be shortened.
2026 Hawaii IRONMAN 70.3 “Honu” is on Saturday May 30, 2026. Rentals have a 7 Day minimum when reservation falls between 5/24/26 and 6/1/26. Rentals made for less than 7 days will be rate adjusted to a 7 day minimum charge during these dates. Race week reservations booked for more than 7 days cannot be shortened.
