Bikeworks Mauka – No pickup or return on Sunday or Monday (Optional pickup at Bikeworks Beach and Sports Waikoloa on those days, call ahead to arrange)

Failure to return the bike on the agreed upon return date will result in additional fees at the non-discounted daily rate.

Non race/holiday week rentals have a 48 hour rental cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled rental appointment or fail to pick up your rental, you will be charged for a minimum of one days rental. Reservation changes made within 48hrs of pick up or drop off will be subject to applicable charges.

Race week rentals (Lavaman, Ironman 70.3, and Ironman World Championship; see below for exact dates) have a 2 week cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation less than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled rental appointment or fail to pick up your rental, you will be charged for a minimum of 7 days rental. Rentals booked for more than 7 days cannot be shortened after deposit is received.

IRONMAN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS is in Kona on Saturday October 26, 2024. Rentals have a 7 Day minimum when reservation falls between 10/20/24 and 10/27/24

LAVAMAN Waikoloa is on Sunday April 6, 2025. Rentals have a 7 Day minimum when reservation falls between 3/31/25 and 4/7/25. Rentals made for less than 7 days will be rate adjusted to a 7 day minimum charge during these dates.

Hawaii IRONMAN 70.3 “Honu” is on Saturday May 31, 2025. Rentals have a 7 Day minimum when reservation falls between 5/25/25 and 6/1/25. Rentals made for less than 7 days will be rate adjusted to a 7 day minimum charge during these dates.

• Damage Protection Plan $5 per day (per bike) –  Optional – Covers everything under $100 completely. After $100, coverage is half of Normal Pricing. This is everything from flat tires, to damage to the bicycle frame.
• Flat Pedals are standard on all bikes if you do not request otherwise as filling out the rental.
• Loaner Clip-in pedals are on a first come first serve basis. Our loaner selection is limited to Look Keo, Shimano Road (SPD-SL), and Shimano Mountain (SPD-M).
• Helmets are included with the rental We wash all helmets after every rental. We do have a limited supply, so you are welcome to bring your own!
• Repair Kits –  They are attached to every bike! This includes Tire Levers, a Tube, Multi Tool, Patch Kit, and small Frame Pump. We only charge for tubes if they are used, and the other items if they are lost!
• We will loan C02 cartridges if you bring your own inflator. We only charge for them if they are used.
• Rental floor pumps ($10 per reservation). The Repair Kit pump is small, so if you are staying for an extended time, you may want a floor pump.
• We also leave a floor pump outside during store hours.
• Car Mount Bike Racks– We have a 2 inch hitch rack and a Saris Bones Rack that are available for rental. Please call the store ahead of time to request them.
• Deliveries ($85) – We deliver within a 15 Mile Radius of our store! The $5 per day Damage Protection Plan is mandatory on all deliver bikes! Please contact the store at least a week before your reservation begins! We will confirm the delivery location and take Payment in Full at that time.
• Cycling computer mounts – We have a limited stock of Garmin and Wahoo mounts we lend out on a first come first serve basis.
• All bikes are set up with stock accessories. Any additional accessories, like bar ends, phone mounts, etc., must be brought by yourself or purchased.
